Children's Rates
  • 0-5 Years are free
  • 6-12 Years charged at 50% of the adult rate
  • 13 Years and older charged at adult rate
Deposit

50% Deposit is payable upon booking confirmation. Total booking fee payable 7 days before arrival.

Breakage Fee

A refundable breakage fee of N$1000 is payable before occupation and will be paid back within 7 days after departure.

Cancelation Policy
  • If cancelling 7 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the booking total.
  • If cancelling 14 days before arrival, forfeit 100% of the deposit.
  • If cancelling 21 days before arrival, forfeit 50% of the deposit.
  • If cancelling 30 days before arrival, forfeit 25% of the deposit.
Check-In
  • Check-in Time: 14:00 - 18:00
  • Check-out Time: 10:00
  • The ID/Passport of the owner of the card, on which payment was done, is required at check-in.
  • The credit card used for the online deposit must be present at check-in.
